Something special about the aspens that grow here at KMC, they hold our stories, our seasons, and now…our spirit. Launched by DU alumni Owen Locke and Rick Talley (MBA ’09), Locke + Co. Distilling has been a longtime partner dedicated to giving back to the DU community. This year, they created something truly meaningful: a limited-edition bourbon finished with wood from our very own KMC aspens. The first batch dropped this fall, carrying the character of our mountains.
