LASAA Mug Run at Temple Station Temple Sheriff Station was proud to host the Los Angeles Sheriff Athletic Association (LASAA) Mug Run today, bringing together Temple Station deputies and members of our community for a great event focused on fitness and camaraderie. The LASAA Mug Run series began in 1993 and was originally created for law enforcement personnel. Over the years, it has grown to welcome the general public, and today the tradition continues strong with more than 200 runners participating in today’s event! Runners had the option to complete a 5K or 10K course, starting from Las Tunas, running up Muscatel, and finishing back at Temple Station. Each participant received an event t-shirt as a keepsake from the day. Thank you to all of the runners who came out to support this long-standing LASAA tradition, and a special thank you to Temple Station deputies for running alongside the community and providing security to ensure a safe and successful event for everyone. lasdhq ...
