Turkey Brie Cranberry Roll-ups

1 sheet puff pastry
Cranberry Sauce
1 small round Brie
4 thin slices of turkey or ham
Salt & pepper
Fresh thyme
Egg wash (1 beaten egg
whisked with 1 tbls water)
Grated Parmesan
Preheat Oven 375F
Spread some cranberry down half the pastry lengthways then add sliced Brie and top with turkey or ham slices. Add fresh thyme and season with salt and pepper.
Fold it over and roll it gently to slightly flatten it.
