#TSRUpdatez: A person of interest has been detained in connection with the Brown University shooting that took the lives of two people and left 9 others injured. Yesterday, Donald Trump posted about a suspect being in custody, but the university soon refuted that claim. ________________________ The person of interest has been identified as 24-year-old #BenjaminErickson from Wisconsin. According to WashingtonPost, Erickson was apprehended at a hotel 15 miles away from Brown. Officials seized two firearms in his possession. ________________________ Erickson was in the military from May 2021-November 2024. He does not have a record of any deployments and left the Army as a specialist in rank. Law enforcement is looking into his mental health history.
