Happy Birthday fremontstreet 🥂 The Fremont Street Experience + Viva Vision Canopy just turned 30 years old and has quietly become one of the older attractions in Las Vegas and isn’t going away anytime soon. It’s still the world’s largest immersive downtown canopy at 90 ft x 1,500 ft and covers 5 city blocks featuring 12.5 million LED lights and cost $70 million to build in 1994. The goal was to revitalize downtown into a pedestrian only zone to compete against the modern developments of the Las Vegas Strip, it worked....
