Gold Award Girl Scout Eleyn C. Xiong is empowering her community to take climate action! 🌎💚 In partnership with SanDiego350 and Citizens’ Climate Lobby, Eleyn surveyed more than 200 San Diegans and built a data-driven model to analyze participation trends, which revealed that older individuals were less engaged in climate activism. To turn her research into action, she hosted interactive workshops for over 250 participants and connected many of them with fellowship and grant opportunities to support their activism.
