No brainer protocol
✅ Train first: 30 plus minutes of real work
✅ Then tub: within 10 to 15 minutes, chest deep, about 104°F, 20 to 30 minutes
✅ 2 to 4 times per week, slow breathing, hydrate, review your next session
If you have access and you are not using it like this, you are not overtrained… you are under recovered.
