A gingerbread terrarium. 🏡 🍄🪴This one challenged me. I built the template and figured out the angles, etc. all by myself. Which is NOT my strong suit. Did I end up having to hot glue the top? Yes. Great for making any house your heart desires! 1½ cup unsalted butter - softened (or shortening) ⅓ cup light brown sugar 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting I tablespoon ground ginger 1 ½ tablespoon ground cinnamon ⅛ teaspoon salt 1/2 cup heavy cream (or any milk) 1/2 cup molasses Add the flour, ginger, cinnamon, and salt to a large mixing bowl.
