My Grandmother grew up in Goldsmith Texas, just outside Odessa/Midland. She made this at Christmas every year. My Mom makes it every year. We now make it every year. Tradition! She called it Texas Munchin. If you like traditional Chex Mix, give this a shot, hope you love it! Recipe below -Large Box Rice Chex, Corn Chex, Wheat Chex. -Large Bag Pretzel Sticks -Large Container Mixed Nuts, salted -2-4 Bags Pork Rinds, plain, not pre seasoned -8 Sticks of Butter -1/2C Bacon Grease/Fat, we used Bacon Up -6T Worcestershire Sauce -Hot Sauce of choice, we do a couple T give or take -3.5T All Spice -3T Garlic Powder -2tsp Seasoned Salt -1tsp Cayennne *Medium Sauce Pan on Med/Low heat. Melt Butter w Sauces and Seasonings above *We use 2 big foil pans.
