I cut out rounds of red velvet cake, topped them with cream cheese frosting, then added a peepsbrand Marshmallow Tree for the cutest Christmassy finish! Ingredients: 1 box red velvet cake mix 3 large eggs 1/3 cup vegetable oil 2/3 cup water 1 can cream cheese frosting PEEPS Marshmallow Trees powdered sugar, for dusting Combine the cake mix, oil, eggs, and water in a large mixing bowl and beat until smooth and creamy. Pour the batter into a lined 10×14 baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes for until done. Using a coupe glass, cut rounds out of the baked cake and place into each glass.
