In The Lab 🧪 w/Our College Girls This Medball Jab step series is how we introduce dodging mechanics. The goal of the medball is to help us shift our weight into our hips, turning our chest/eyes to work on making the defense react. We then add variable burst outs (step throughs, power steps, 3-step bursts) to work on powering out of our dodges and creating separation away from the defense. 1. Jab Step ISO > Step Through 2.
