🤔❓What does "2 feet in line" mean in the standing bow pose? 🏹 Today, I realized that some of my longtime students were confused about the instruction to have "2 feet in line." They tend to look at the themselves from the front profile, rather than from the side. It's important to understand that "2 feet in line" refers to your alignment when viewed from the side. ☀️ I have been practicing this alignment since the beginning of my yoga journey, which started 21 years ago. At that time, I couldn't even do the splits, but I focused on bringing my 2 feet in line from the side. As I practiced, my posture improved, and my overall expression in the pose advanced as well. 🪷 Make sure you fully understand the instructions your teachers are giving you.
