Best of the best ⚽ The 2025 FIFA Best Awards took place on Tuesday in Doha, Qatar, with French star Ousmane Dembélé and Barcelona standout Aitana Bonmatí receiving The Best Men’s Player and The Best Women’s Player awards, respectively. After winning the treble with Paris Saint-Germain and picking up the men’s Ballon d’Or, Dembélé capped off a superb year with the award. Tuesday’s recognition marked a third consecutive victory for 27-year-old Spain star Bonmatí and also completed a hat-trick of Ballon d’Or wins earlier this year. After receiving the trophy, the Blaugrana midfielder said: “I am grateful to have the honor.
