Curtis attended our previous assessment just a few days before the Y7 Tournament and immediately demonstrated strong commitment, drive, and self-discipline. Based on these qualities, we decided to select him as a wildcard for the Y7 Cup, giving him the opportunity to test his ability in a different and more competitive context. Throughout the tournament, Kurtis showed remarkable growth. Day by day, he adapted to the higher level of football, consistently improving and applying feedback with maturity and focus. His progression over such a short period truly reflects his mindset and potential. As we always emphasize, we remain realistic in our approach, but when we identify genuine talent combined with the right attitude, we believe in rewarding it with opportunities and platforms.
