Our office tamalada is a holiday tradition that we hold dear to our hearts! A tamalada is a gathering where loved ones come together in the kitchen to make tamales. We form an assembly line of tamal-making and assign various tasks to each person—from spreading masa and scooping filling to wrapping tamales and storing them in a pot for steaming. 🫔 This year, we made three different kinds of tamales: Beans, Pork & Salsa Roja, and Chicken & Salsa Verde.
