Our berry sweet take on chocolate covered strawberries ft. our NEW Fresas con Crema Grain Free Cookies—just in time for Valentine’s Day! 🍓🍫 INGREDIENTS 1/2 cup Bittersweet or Dark Chocolate Chips 2 Tbsp Almond or Hazelnut Butter 2 Tbsp Coconut Milk 2 tsp Maple Syrup 1/8 tsp Sea Salt 1 bag Siete Grain Free Fresas con Crema Mexican Cookies DIRECTIONS 1. To make a quick chocolate ganache, place the chocolate, nut butter, coconut milk, maple syrup, and sea salt in a stainless steel or glass bowl over a pot of simmering water. The heat from the steam underneath the bowl will allow the ingredients to fully melt together and not burn. 2. Stir the ganache until it begins to cool down and thicken. 3. Spoon a small amount of the chocolate ganache in the middle of two Siete Fresas con Crema Cookies to make cookie sandwiches. P.S.
