So we made this Cucumber Lime Sorbet using only cucumbers, agave syrup, lime juice, and salt and topped it with our Chamoy Botana Sauce. It’s fresh, easy to make, and perfect for the summer months! Pro-tip: Keep large batches stored in your freezer for a quick, cool, and delicious summertime snack. ☀️ INGREDIENTS 3 Seedless Cucumbers 2 Tbsp Light Agave Syrup ¼ cup Lime Juice ¼ tsp sea salt 1 ¼ cups water Siete Chamoy Botana Sauce, as needed DIRECTIONS 1. Peel the cucumber so that ¼ of the skin remains intact. This will give the sorbet a beautiful green color without adding too much flavor.
