One of our core values at Coyotas is to dignify the tortilla and pay tribute to the Tortillera. How do we do that? We handcraft each and every tortilla ourselves at “La Fábrica” with 4 simple organic ingredients. We want to keep it simple and authentic, like the family-owned Tortillerías we grew up with in Sonora, Mexico, where we found our inspiration and our purpose.
