Hi COYOTAS Family, today we are coming at you with Sheet Pan Chicken Fajita Tacos 🌮 - 1 pack of Coyotas tortillas Sheet Pan: - 1 lb sliced chicken breast or thighs - 1 red onion - 1 red bell pepper (seeded) - 1 yellow bell pepper (seeded) - 1 poblano pepper (seeded) - 2 garlic cloves (peeled & minced) - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika - 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil - 1 tsp fajita spice - Kosher salt to taste - Sliced avocado - Yellowbird habanero - Toss all ingredients in Sheet Pan list in Mixing bowl and fully combine - Preheat Oven to 375F - Place mixed ingredients evenly on sheet pan and cook in oven for 15-20 min until chickens internal temperature reaches 165F or well done - Remove sheet pan from oven, let cool for 3 min - Heat Coyotas tortillas straight on the stove on the flame (if applicable) if not on pan, and place on plate - Add chicken fajitas to tortilla, add slice of avocado - Drizzle Yellowbird Habanero on top to finish #tortilla #sonora #handmadetortillas #cassavaflour #...
