Repost 👉🏼 SEARED SALMON TACOS for lunch today... and let me tell you, they did not disappoint!! i started by warming up a couple of eatcoyotas cassava flour tortillas in a pan (made here in san diego and they’re so chewy + delicious), then added some steamed jasmine rice, persian cucumbers, romaine, creamy avocado and wild salmon cooked in avocado oil, sea salt & lemon. finished these off with fresh basil mint from my garden plus fresh black pepper and scallions!
