Who are we? It all started here ... We love tortillas!! Who doesn’t ? As you know , we were inspired to create our alternative tortillas as a substitution on the authentic wheat flour tortilla from Sonora, Mexico (our hometown). There are many varieties of tortillas but this “sobaquera” is the real thing, you can’t get more artisanal and authentic than this .The 24” diameter stretching is all handmade !! It’s fascinating to see these women doing it , hands down they take all the tortilla’s awards... you can try it at home but it will take years to dominate as they do .
