Next week is the second session of this summer’s Wellness Wednesdays classes. Join us on July 16 at 6pm for a signature dance meditation class with forward__space. We will have another exciting giveaway at the end of the class. In partnership with lifewaykefir and shopstakt, we will give 10 lucky participants branded shopStakt mats. Winners will also receive a bottle of Lifeway kefir, a protein packed probiotic beverage. To enter the giveaway, you must do the following: 1. Follow us explorewtc, lifewaykefir, and shopStakt 2. Like this post 3. RSVP and attend a Wellness Wednesday class. See the link in bio to RSVP. Tag a friend who would like to join you in the comments! Winners will be randomly selected and announced at the end of the class and must be there in person to pick up the yoga mat. If the winner is not present, they will forfeit their entry in the giveaway.
