Ingredients - 2 hibiscus tea bags - 2 cups boiling water - 2 cups (16 oz.) blanco tequila - 1 cup (8 oz.) prickly pear syrup (such as DaVinci) - 1 cup (8 oz.) fresh lime juice, plus wheels for garnish (from 10 medium limes) - 2 cups (16 oz.) chilled sparkling mineral water (such as Topo Chico) Directions 1. Place tea bags in a medium heatproof liquid measuring cup. Pour boiling water over tea bags and steep for 10 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags. Chill tea, uncovered, until cold, at least 1 hour or up to 3 days. 2. Stir together tequila, prickly pear syrup, lime juice, and chilled tea in a medium pitcher. Cover and chill mixture until cold and flavors have melded, at least 1 hour or up to 3 days. 3. When ready to serve, divide mixture evenly among 8 ice-filled glasses and top each with 1/4 cup sparkling mineral water.
