Here is the cheat code: long lever training in the stretched position
✅ Finishers that grow muscle fast
2 to 4 sets of 8 to 12
2 to 3 seconds down
1 second pause at the deepest safe stretch
Last set: add 4 to 8 lengthened partials in the bottom half
✅ My go to add ons
Biceps: incline curls
Triceps: overhead extensions
Chest: flys you control at the bottom
Lats: pullovers
Hams: seated leg curls or RDL
Calves: seated calf raises with a pause
✅ Do not forget the full athlete plan
Hypertrophy is the base
