This year I decided to enter into our local Christmas parade at the last minute with a big idea. A giant Santa sleigh, an even bigger Santa, and his trusty reindeer pulling it through town.
The only problem was I had just 24 hours to make it happen. I built the sleigh using my jet ski trailer, added a 16 ft inflatable Santa, and used my kawasakiusa NAV as the reindeer to tow it through our local Christmas parade. From a full day of building to parade day, this DIY Christmas parade float came together fast. Building the float was a blast, but getting to ride in the parade with my family made it even better. The NAV made it easy to haul materials, tow the Santa sleigh, and still enjoy the ride once everything was finished. Hands down one of the most fun Christmas builds I’ve done, and an even better holiday memory doing it together as a family.
