When people ask me how to transform their body, my first two questions are always:
1️⃣ Are you drinking enough water?
2️⃣ Are you walking?
Seriously. If you’re not nailing these foundational habits, don’t even talk to me about complex workouts or diets. You won’t stick with the hard stuff if you can’t master the basics.
Start small. Get consistent with the little things. That’s where true progress begins.
