A high-speed chase involving a dump truck ended in a crash in Northern California on Wednesday. The California Highway Patrol says the dump truck was reported stolen from the Roseville area. The driver led police down interstates and highways before crashing in a construction zone in Sacramento County. As you can see, the truck overturned in the crash. The driver was arrested.
