🎃Roasted Pumpkin Ale Cheese 🎃 Is it a fondue? is it a dip? I’m torn but it is YUMMY!! Perfect for a fun shared meal or an appetizer. It’s easy enough for a weeknight meal and festive and fun enough for a gathering - even Thanksgiving or when watching the games. It truly takes no time at all to make and I promise, you will have no leftovers.  I love to dip in soft pretzels, brussel sprouts and sauteed kielbasa to make it a well rounded delicious cozy meal.   INGREDIENTS: 1 3–4 lb sugar pumpkin 2 cups Gruyere cheese, shredded 1 ½ cups White Cheddar cheese, shredded ¼ cup grated Parmesan  ½ cup heavy cream 2 garlic cloves, minced  ½ cup pumpkin lager (can be substituted with chicken broth or non-alcoholic beer) 3 tbsp cornstarch INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat the oven to 325°F.
