#ad I truly was not sure what sort of difference we would see in our nightly sleep habits once we switched to our Sleep Number smart bed. I have to tell you, this bed makes all the difference in the world. We can each adjust our own side of the bed to softer or firmer any time. We have individual temperature controls and I can even raise and lower Mr Babs’ head in the middle of the night if he needs it to help him breathe better.
