Let me know if you make it and how you like it! ☘️ XO Babs ☘️ INGREDIENTS: 6-8 slices rye bread (dark or light) divided 1/2 lb Cooked corned beef, sliced 1/8” thick, chopped 1/2 lb pastrami sliced thick, chopped 14 oz sauerkraut, well drained 1 cup chopped sweet pickles 4 cups shredded Swiss cheese, divided 1 cup whole milk 3 large eggs, beaten 1/3 cup Thousand Island dressing 1 tbsp prepared horseradish 1 tbsp sweet pickle juice 1/4 cup mustard (Dijon or yellow) ☘️ INSTRUCITONS: Preheat oven to 350° Spray a 9 x 13” baking dish with nonstick cooking spray Cut 4 slices of rye bread into 2” squares.
