So many of you asked, here is the recipe ☺️🫐Blueberry Coffee Cake 🫐The perfect hostess gift. So those who spent the evening entertaining can enjoy a nice breakfast the next morning!! Ingredients: 2 cups flour 1 cup sugar 1 tbsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup cold butter cubed 3/4 cup milk 2 eggs beaten 1 tsp vanilla 2 cups frozen (or fresh blueberries) Instructions: Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9 x 13” pan with non-stick cooking spray. Sift (whisk) together dry ingredients. Mix in butter until crumbly. Combine the milk, eggs and vanilla in a separate bowl. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add milk mixture. Before adding blueberries toss blueberries in flour. Then fold in blueberries to cake mixture and spread into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Topping: 1/3 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup white sugar 2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 cup chopped nuts 1 tbsp melted butter Combine all topping ingredients and spread the mixture evenly over the batter.
