❤️ FONDUE POCKETS ❤️ Fondue pockets with
@rothcheese Grand Cru. My daughter enjoyed these pockets in Quebec City and has been talking about them ever since! Wisconsin-made Grand Cru is a traditional alpine-style cheese inspired by Switzerland, and the perfect cheese for stuffing a baguette with Swiss fondue!
❤️Ingredients:
2 Small baguettes, cut in half
2 to 3 blocks (6 ounces each) Roth Grand Cru cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 clove garlic, cut in half
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons white wine, kirsch, dry sherry, brandy or non-alcoholic white wine

Hallow out the inside of each baguette to form your “pocket
In a 300 degree F oven, warm your baguettes for 3 to 5 minutes.
In a medium bowl, toss shredded Grand Cru with flour until well-coated.
To make the fondue: Rub raw garlic on inside of the pot. Add wine and lemon juice and let simmer. When the liquid starts to bubble, add cheese a little at a time, mixing until desired consistency. Pour into...
