💜Dump Cake Frosting 🍒🍫. 1 cup sugar, 5 tbsp butter, 1/3 cup milk, 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chlorate chips.  Bring all ingredients to a boil and whisk for one minute.  Pour over cake while frosting is still hot.  Enjoy!
