Super Bowl App Alert! Southern Sausage Ball Appetizer.  3 scant cups Bisquick, 1 lb bulk sausage (like Jimmy Deans or Bob Evans,) 1/2 cup milk, 1 lb freshly hand grated cheddar cheese.  Combine in stand up mixer.   Scoop with 1 inch cookie scooper or just form into bite size balls.  Bake in oven 350 degrees for 20 minutes or air fryer 15 minutes at 320 degrees.  Enjoy!
