Happy Thanksgiving Week!!! I am so excited to be here in our Happy Place!! We are getting prepared for our BIG family week here in the desert with 40 of us…together starting today!!! Lots of grocery shopping and cooking!!! But it’s always a great idea to start the day with a little exercise!!! We are beginning today with a hike and it feels wonderful. I love getting a few outdoor workouts in throughout the week. Hiking and brisk walks are two of our favorite ways to be outside in the fresh air!!!  Keep moving..
