#acepartner 🏡 Before and after: Our outdoor space now vs. when we first moved in! One of our must-haves while looking for our forever home was a deck over the garage, which is common in Chicago. (People want to take advantage of every square inch of their city lots! 😉) And when we found this one, we instantly fell in love. Our kids would have so much space to play and we'd be able to entertain, too! That said, we knew we'd want to make a few improvements to it, namely doing something about the space between the deck and the roof of the garage, which was exposed and pretty unsightly. The incredibly knowledgeable team at our local acehardware got the project off the ground, though! Within ONE DAY, using the Milwaukee M18 Drill/Driver Combo Kit, we had beautiful white lattice covering it.
