Currently snuggling into bed at the beautiful vanderbiltrhodeisland, but hey: we made it to 9 p.m. on a Friday night! 🤰🏼👶🏼💃🏼 Seriously, though, I’m proud... because we did so much in #Newport today! We started out with a stroll around town—☕️s and 🥐s in hand—and stopped into theblackdogmv (for a new sweatshirt for Emma), primaveranewport, and monellenewport—which was really fun since that’s one of my favorite stores on Nantucket. 💙 We then grabbed clam chowder at theblackpearlrestaurant... and I can now say with confidence that their chowda is the best in the WORLD. 😋 (Also loved the clams casino and mussels!) Afterward, we warmed up in front of the fire at the vanderbiltrhodeisland, and headed out to The Marble House, owned by William K. Vanderbilt, for a tour.
