Because if I never did, I wouldn’t be where I am today! & this is why I am here to show you how simple cooking can be! 💗🥹 find the full recipe below, enjoy xx Whipped Feta Dip Serves 4 200 g crumbled feta 1 tbsp honey 1/2 lemon, juiced and zested 2 tbsp basil, chopped 1/4 cup olive oil 1 cup cherry tomatoes 1/2 cup pitted olives 2 tbsp olive oil 1 head of garlic Salt & pepper Directions 1. Preheat oven to 425F degrees. Add tomatoes & olives to a baking dish. Toss with olive oil, salt & pepper. Cut off head of garlic bulb. drizzle olive oil, salt & pepper on garlic and wrap in tin foil.
