my grandmother’s matzah ball soup is one of my favorite dishes to make! especially during the colder months and it’s been a 🤰🏻 craving of mine! this soup has a twist on it since I’m using turkey for the stock! what I love about this recipe is that you can also use leftover turkey & bones that you have from the holidays to make this delish soup. Turkey Matzah Ball Soup

Ingredients
3
@canadianturkey breasts
1 large white onion, unpeeled and halved
3 celery stalks, chopped
3 large carrots, peeled and chopped
2 large parsnip, peeled and chopped
1 bunch fresh dill
12-14 cups of water
1 package of egg noodles
1 package matzah ball mix
salt & pepper
Directions
Add Canadian turkey to a large pot. Salt turkey. Add 12-14 cups of water (or until the turkey is submerged) and bring to a boil. Skim the fat/foam on top of the soup with a slotted spoon.
