I may be a little late to hop on the trend 🤦🏻‍♀️, but I absolutely loved it! super simple & quick to make and I’ve probably have had it ten times since making this video last week 🤸🏻‍♀️recipe below, enjoy xx IB: @graceelkus Viral Crispy Fried Egg Serves 1 1 egg 2 tbsp feta, crumbled 1 tortilla (I used sieta almond flour wraps, but also like mission tortillas) 1 handful micro greens 1 tsp avocado oil (I used chosen foods) Salt & black pepper 1 tsp chili oil crunch (@momofukugoods is my fav) Directions 1. Heat non-stick skillet over med high heat. Add oil and add in crumbled feta. Scatter feta around the skillet so there is a space open for the egg. Once feta is melted, crack egg directly in the middle of the feta. Cover for 2-3 minutes until egg is cooked to liking. Meanwhile, heat tortilla in a skillet. 2.
