KATE MIDDLETON SALAD✨ rumor has it that Kate Middleton’s favorite salad is this watermelon & feta salad! this salad is super easy to make, refreshing and is perfect for those end of summer bbqs (which is quickly approaching) 😩 try it out and let me know what you think! find the full recipe below- enjoy! xx IB: @alexskitchenstory Kate Middleton Salad Serves 4 Ingredients 1/2 watermelon, cubed 2 ripe avocados, diced 1 block feta, cubed 1 handful mint, chopped 1 handful basil, chopped 1 shallot, thinly sliced 3 baby cucumbers, diced 1 tbsp olive oil Salt & pepper Dressing 1/3 cup olive oil 1 slash red wine vinegar 1 lime, juiced 2 tbsp honey Salt & pepper Directions 1. Combine all dressing ingredients and mix together. Add in salad ingredients and toss together until evenly coated. Finish with olive oil and black pepper. Mix together.
