Find the recipe below enjoy xx #matzahchallenge Pizza Matzah Toast Serves 2 2 pieces matzah 1 burrata 1 tsp truffle oil, divided handful basil, chopped 1 cup marinara sauce 1 tsp oregano 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese 1 tsp chili flakes 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 1 tbsp olive oil salt & pepper Directions 1. Preheat oven to 375F degrees. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Add matzah to baking sheet and brush with truffle oil. Cut burrata in half and add to the matzah. 2. Halve cherry tomatoes and add to a bowl. Season with olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix together. Add tomatoes on top of the matzah and bake for 15 minutes until cheese is melted. 3.
