Sweet Potato Nachos Serves 4 4 sweet potatoes, thinly sliced 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp chili powder 2 cups shredded cheese 1 jalapeño, sliced 1 cup black beans 1 avocado, sliced 1/2 cup sour cream 1 tsp chili flakes 3-4 bunches green onion, sliced 1 tomato, diced Salt & pepper Directions 1. Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Thinly slice potatoes and add to a bowl. Add olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, chili, paprika, salt & pepper.
