Pink Pitaya Smoothie Bowl
Serves 1
Ingredients
1/4 cup dragon fruit
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup almond milk
Toppings
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp shredded & toasted coconut
1 tsp honey
1 tsp cacao nibs
Fruit of choice
Directions
1. Add all smoothie ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth. Add to bowl and top with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
