Find the recipe below enjoy xx Ingredients (makes 4 servings): 1 box Barilla Rotini 2 cups cherry tomatoes 1/4 cup olive oil 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1 block feta Pesto 3 cups basil 1/2 cup olive oil 2 garlic cloves 1 cup parmesan cheese 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1/2 lemon, juiced Instructions: 1) Preheat oven to 420F. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook Barilla Rotini 7-8 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water. 2) Add cherry tomatoes to baking dish. Toss with 1/4 cup olive oil. Salt & pepper. Add feta block to the centre of the dish. Drizzle block with olive oil and freshly cracked black pepper.
