SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP / HOUSTON'S RECIPE REMAKE

Spinach Artichoke Dip
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 bag frozen spinach, drained and thawed
1 can artichokes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup shredded mozzarella, divided
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, divided
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup cooking cream
1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
tortilla chips

1. Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Heat a saucepan and add olive oil. Add in frozen spinach and saute until cooked. Once spinach is cooked, drain and thaw it.
