l’m 37 year old mom of 6, so a 20 step skin care routine and 30 minutes of red light therapy aren’t really an option for me. So here is the little routine I do when I want to glow up quickly without taking too much time away from my family! 💕
Today we are going over my nighttime routine which is where most of the magic happens. When I am consistent with this routine I see a noticeable change in my appearance and confidence. It’s 30 minutes of self care and just basic hygiene but l do it when the kids go to bed.
Yes some nights this cuts into my sleep but the 30 minutes it takes to care for myself is worth it and fills my cup.
Now remember, this a 21 day boot camp series so not every video is going to be a practical routine to do day in and day out 365 days a year. But it is a quick way to get yourself in the groove of taking care of yourself, get you some confidence, and looking and feeling good in your skin!
