Check out the recipe below enjoy! xx Truffle Burrata Pizza Recipe Serves 4 Ingredients 1 Package of pizza dough  1 Burrata  1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded 1 cup tomato sauce  1 tbsp olive oil  1/4 cup flour 1/4 cup basil, chopped  1 tsp truffle oil  Salt + pepper  Directions 1. Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Spray Emile Henry Pizza stone with cooking spray. Set aside.  2. Add flour to a clean surface. Knead pizza dough and roll out. Once rolled to your liking add to Pizza Stone. Add tomato sauce to the dough. Followed by mozzarella cheese. Brush olive oil on the edges of the dough. Place pizza in the oven for 25-30 minutes. 3. Remove pizza from oven and add burrata cheese to the center of the pizza. Bake for another 4-5 minutes. Remove from oven and top with flakey salt & pepper. Garnish with truffle oil and chopped basil.
