Enjoy xx  Rosemary Brown Butter Hasselback Sweet Potatoes  Serves 4 Ingredients 4 medium size sweet potatoes 3 tbsp butter 2 rosemary twigs  6 cloves garlic  Flakey salt + pepper Directions 1. Preheat oven to 425F degrees. Wash sweet potatoes and pat dry. Slice potatoes (one potato at a time) very thinly. Do not cut all the way through to the bottom- leave about 1/4 of the sweet potato attached. Repeat with the other 3 potatoes.  2. Place potatoes in a cast iron skillet or a lined baking sheet with 4 cloves of garlic. Drizzle with 1 tbsp of olive oil and bake for 20 minutes.  3.
