An easy one pan chicken noodle casserole dish that’s perfect for a weeknight dinner for our big family!
When I was a broke college student this was a staple as it’s cheap, filling, filled with protein and vegetables, makes for great leftovers, and tastes like childhood! An easy inexpensive comfort meal idea for families with lots of kids!
1 bag cooked egg noodles
1 bag frozen vegetables
1 rotisserie chicken pulled apart
2 cans cream of chicken
1 cup milk
Mix
Top with 1 cup of cheddar cheese
Cover with foil bake at 400° for 20 minutes
Optional: While everything bakes create the breading mixture. 1 cup breadcrumbs mixed with 2 tbsp melted butter
Remove dish from oven and top with breading mixture. Pop back in the oven for 5 more minutes
Remove from oven and serve! Season with salt and pepper on your dish if you like!
